Ingredients

  • 180g Flour
  • 24g sugar
  • 40g melted butter
  • 1g Baking Powder
  • 300g milk
  • 200g pumpkin purée
  • 1g Cloves
  • .5g Salt .5g clove
  • .5g nutmeg

Procedure

Combine all ingredients together using the Bermixer Pro until the batter is smooth.

Cook the pancakes on the EMPower griddle.

Finish with local maple syrup.
