Use the Electrolux Professional MultiGreen to make excellent guacamole.
Ingredients
6-8 pieces Avocado (6 Big, 8 Small)
½ Bulb Garlic
3 Fresh Jalapeno (remove seeds)
¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro
½ Red Onion
2-3 Ripe Tomatoes (cut in quarter)
Juice of 2 Limes
1 tbsp. Salt
Procedure
Start with washed and dried Cilantro. Using the bowel function of MultiGreen cut until very fine (approx. 12 seconds).
Then add onion, garlic, jalapeno, tomatoes, lime juice and salt to bowl and process until liquid (approx. 12 seconds).
Finally, add avocado and use the on/off function to pulse, 7-10 pulses (depending on your preference)
