Ingredients

  • 30ea Brussels Sprouts cut in half
  • 50g Olive Oil
  • 3g Salt

Procedure

  • Toss the Brussels sprouts in oil and salt.
  • Cook in the Electrolux Professional air-o-steam Touchline combi oven:
  • Step 1: Steam 212ºF for 3 minutes.
  • Step 2: Roast 410ºF with vent open for 7 minutes.
