Ingredients
- 30ea Brussels Sprouts cut in half
- 50g Olive Oil
- 3g Salt
Procedure
- Toss the Brussels sprouts in oil and salt.
- Cook in the Electrolux Professional air-o-steam Touchline combi oven:
- Step 1: Steam 212ºF for 3 minutes.
- Step 2: Roast 410ºF with vent open for 7 minutes.
