Ingredients
3 each – Egg Yolk
90 g – Butter
75 g – Flour
60 g – Sugar
45 g – Milk
3 g – Baking Powder
3 g – Ground Cinnamon
Procedure
Using the SpeeDelight, set the top plate temperature at 480°F, set the bottom plate temperature at 460°F, set the total time for 35 seconds, set the microwave for 15 seconds, set the before/after as before, turn flex on and set food temperature at 145°F.
With a dry towel, push the top cooking plate of the SpeeDelight all the way up.
Combine all ingredients with a whisk. Transfer the mix to a piping bag.
Lightly oil a silicone doughnut mold. Fill the doughnut mixture ¼ of the way up the mold.
Cook in SpeeDelight and unmold onto a plate. *Take caution as the silicone mold will be very hot!
