Ingredients
15 single portions – 35 gr each
- 125 gr almond flour
- 4 pcs eggs
- 8 gr baking
- 20 gr cocoa powder
- 80 gr caster sugar
- 200 gr 34% double cream (for topping)
- Double cream
- Muscovado sugar
Process
- Mix all the dried ingredients together
- Add them to the eggs and mix everything together
- Fill up the coffee paper cup 35 to 40 gr each one
- Place 4 (four) muffin paper cups into the Speedelight (30”sec total time)
- Garnish with sweetened whipped cream flavoured with a coffee shot and sprinkle with a pinch of Muscovado sugar
