Dehydrated Vegetables
Ingredients
(Makes around 20 ‘Golden Rice Coins’ on a 1GN baking tray)
- 4 Carrots
- 3 Onions
- 1 White Cabbage
- Aromatics or spices of choice
Preparation
TrinityPro – Multipurpose Cutter, Slicer, Food Processor
- Using the 2mm Shredder blade, push the Carrots and Cabbage through the Round Feed Hopper to get even thin shreds
- Using the 2mm Slicer blade, push the Onions through the Moon feed hopper to get even thin slices, and the Cabbage through the Round feed hopper
- Add Aromatics or Spices, and Mix the sliced vegetables uniformly and spread them evenly on a 1GN tray
- Set the oven parameters as follows:
- Using the Convection cycle
- Vent open
- Temperature 60°C
- Fan speed 2
- Turn on the Continuous timer
- Preheat oven
- Once preheated, load the oven with the vegetable slices and dehydrate till the vegetables are fully dried

‘Golden Rice Coin’ Cracker Base
Ingredients
(Makes around 20 ‘Golden Rice Coins’ on a 1GN baking tray)
- 400g leftover cooked white rice
- 2 tbsp Softened Butter
- 80ml Water
- 3 tbsp Rice flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 3g Salt
Preparation
- Using the Stainless steel bowl and Smooth blade attachment, add Leftover cooked white rice and process it for 20s
- Add Butter and Water and further process rice until mixture is well combined
- Add Rice flour, Baking powder and Salt to the mixture. Process it for about 40s more till mixture becomes a wet dough
- Transfer dough to a mixing bowl and fold in the Dehydrated vegetables and adjust to desired level of flavour and saltiness
- Roll mixture into 25g balls and press down thinly onto a 1GN baking tray. Each tray can contain around 15 Rice Coins.
- Set the Oven parameters using the Multiphase program, and preheat the oven according to these 3 steps:

Load the Rice Coins into the SkyLine ProS to bake once Oven is preheated | Remove the Rice Coins from the oven and flip each coin to the other side | Load the tray back into the oven and continue baking till browned |
