École Ducasse Nai Lert Bangkok Studio is a next-generation culinary institution training professional chefs to be ready for Bangkok’s ever-evolving fine dining and culinary scene.

Amid the uniquely lush surroundings of Nai Lert Park, the studio spans 1,400 square meters across three floors. This institution includes five kitchens, a chocolate and ice cream lab, café, wine cellar, and exclusive event spaces – all designed to meet professional culinary needs.

Among them were three thermaline made-to-measure cooking blocks that serve as the to enhance workflow and efficiency, ensuring conducive training for students and instructors. The inclusion of Electrolux Professional planetary mixers further complements the kitchens, providing the necessary tools for students to master basic to advanced techniques.

The professional kitchen lab and Chef’s Table L’artisan dining space are also equipped with SkyLine PremiumS combi ovens.
