In 2023, recognizing the need for cutting-edge culinary technology, Mezzaluna partnered with Electrolux Professional Group to reimagine its kitchen. The result is a culinary powerhouse featuring a one-of-a-kind Molteni cooking range and the innovative SkyLine Cook & Chill system.

At the heart of this transformation is the Molteni range. Handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, it offers unparalleled versatility, empowering chefs to seamlessly transition between various cooking techniques, from sautéing and simmering to grilling.

“I’ve long admired Molteni for its highly customizable, clean, and classic design,” says Executive Chef Ryuki Kawasaki. “Its black and white aesthetic aligns perfectly with our restaurant’s theme. I was first introduced to the brand during my time working in Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris, and it has always held a special place in my heart.”

The lebua team also chose the SkyLine Cook & Chill system to meet the exacting demands of a Michelin-starred kitchen.
