THE KRAFT HEINZ COMPANY is a leading food and beverage company, dedicated to the manufacture and sale of a wide range of products, including condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy products, ready meals, meats, soft drinks, coffee and other grocery items (some of the most recognized brands are Heinz, Oscar Mayer, Kraft, Golden Circle, Mac&Cheese Kraft, Philadelphia, Quero, Honig…).
In its continuous quest to innovate and improve the customer experience, Kraft-Heinz has opened a new Culinary Hub in Spain, a showroom designed to bring its products closer to the consumer in a more practical and personalised way with the help of Electrolux Professional.
Behind the launch of this Culinary Hub is Cristóbal, with a career spanning 18 years in the hospitality industry, he began his career at the ‘Hotel Escuela de la Comunidad de Madrid’. His passion led him to become head chef at leading hotels and restaurants, working with chefs such as Martin Berasategui and David Muñoz at StreetXO. He specialised in nutrition and food chemistry, managing large teams on cruise ships in the USA. In recent years, he has brought his experience to multinational companies within the large-scale food sector, now leading the culinary team at Kraft-Heinz in Spain.
With the new Culinary HUB, they want to get closer to their customers and be able to develop demonstrations that will allow them to get to know Kraft-Heinz products in a much more practical way.
Among the Electrolux Professional equipment, the oven is Cristóbal’s favourite, as it is the one he uses the most and allows him to efficiently advance productions. Cristóbal recommends Electrolux Professional not only for the quality of the equipment, but also for the excellent service and treatment received.
The main objective of the new Culinary Hub is to bring Kraft-Heinz products closer to its customers in a more interactive and practical way. Cristóbal stresses the importance of organisation in the kitchen, as it allows working safely and efficiently. This approach not only improves the daily operation, but also facilitates demonstrations in the showroom, allowing visitors to get to know Kraft-Heinz products in depth, beyond what can be seen in a catalogue.
Cristóbal and his team want people to find the utilities and learn how to use the products in a personalised and close way. This space is designed so that customers can experience first-hand the quality and versatility of the products, with practical demonstrations that highlight their usefulness in various applications.
“Why Electrolux Professional?”
The choice of Electrolux Professional as equipment supplier for the Culinary Hub was not accidental. Cristóbal was already familiar with the brand and had heard very good opinions about its equipment. In addition, he learned that Kraft-Heinz works with Electrolux Professional on a European level, which made the decision easier.
