On a 50 meter cliff overlooking the sea of Sorrento, with a fabulous view on the Gulf of Naples, stands the exclusive Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria. Inside there are three different restaurant formats, orchestrated by the Starred Executive Chef Antonino Montefusco. The Orangerie, the swimming pool restaurant, has been recently renovated and it chose thermaline by Electrolux Professional.

Among the functions  preferred by the Chef there is the pasta cooker with its  continuous refill system that prevents the water in the tank from reducing in quantity, following evaporation, thus avoiding  an increase of the percentage of salt and the risk of serving dishes too salty.

Another much appreciated function is the electric grill, which is power and precise control at your fingertips, as the Chef defines it. Furthermore, the integrated tap allows you to fill the underlying tank with water, which on the one hand facilitates and speeds up cleaning operations, on the other it keeps the product soft during the cooking phase thanks to the humidity that is created when the water heats up.

And then there are the refrigerated tables which, being very powerful, quickly recover the temperature and allow the shelf life of the product to be extended.
