With Electrolux Professional having worked extensively with sister venue Northcote, when it came to refitting the existing kitchen, Lisa Goodwin-Allen, the Michelin-Starred Executive Chef at Northcote didn’t hesitate to recommend our equipment to The Game Bird’s Executive Chef, Jozef Rogulski.
The proven capability of Electrolux Professional equipment at Northcote led to a full install of a back to back, thermaline 90 modular cooking suite, delivering the quality and consistency required for a venue of this calibre, that serves circa 2800 covers/meals per week to discerning diners.
The energy efficiency delivered by the new suite has a clear commercial benefit and the resulting environment was noted for not only its clean uncluttered appearance, but giving the kitchen team improved ability to work together as a unit.
In terms of install, the modularity of the thermaline suite ensured this was straightforward for what is a basement kitchen with narrow doorways. Customer built it delivered exactly what the team needed with a bespoke layout. The precision of the layout matches the precision of delivery, with the electric thermaline suite allowing the chefs to cook dishes to their exact requirements.
