The NAFEM Show 2019 that took place in Orlando (Florida, US) was the occasion to present our complete and revolutionary Cook and Chill system.
Customers, consultants, dealers and manufacturer’s reps had the opportunity to experience our unique and seamless cooking flow.
The new open booth concept’s storytelling was built around Electrolux Professional being the complete trusted partner for foodservice and beverage equipment solutions as Erin Gordon, Head of Marketing for the North America, explained.
The main highlights and drivers for visitors were:
- The cafè that transformed the booth into a real-world application thanks to key frozen equipment demos.
- The Cook and Chill solution with its components for cooking, blast chilling, thawing and rethermalizing operations.
- The SpeeDelight’s live demonstrations. Corporate Executive Chef Corey Siegel and Regional Category Manager Giacomo Paccione managed the demonstrations of our high-speed cooking solution for the grab-and-go business.
