Electrolux Professional prolongs its alliance with the global network of chefs associations Worldchefs to continue disseminating knowledge and awareness about sustainable cooking among the chefs of the world.
The partnership started in 2014 and implied the realization of several “Chef2Chef” seminars, which were held in the UK, the US and the UAE. Now India, Singapore, Turkey, Sweden and South Africa will join.
“Chef2Chef” seminars bring chefs together at the Electrolux Professional Centers of Excellence – the showrooms equipped with kitchens for training, demonstrations and cooking sessions located around the world.
Using locally sourced ingredients, chefs learn how to employ the Electrolux Professional food service technology in detail, in particular the Cook&Chill system, a breakthrough in sustainable cooking.
Also, the seminars educate chefs on the importance of incorporating sustainable practices in their kitchens, which lead to better food quality, improved safety and higher profitability.
“This is the perfect partnership. Electrolux Professional brings world class products and leading culinary technology to our Worldchefs members who are eager to share their talent and creativity with the world. With these ingredients, we all win,” says Charles Carroll, Chef and President of Worldchefs.
