Electrolux Professional next-generation undercounter dishwasher, NeoBlue Touch Undercounter Dishwasher, has received the coveted Platinum rating from UL Solutions’ Repairability Rating Program.
Established to help manufacturers signpost the repair, reuse and upgrade performance characteristics of their products, the Repairability Rating Program evaluates appliances on several criteria, including availability of spare parts, disassembly depth and diagnostic support.
By extending the life of products and reducing waste, repairability is a key part of the circular economy, helping businesses align with increasingly stringent sustainability policies.
Launched in 2024, NeoBlue Touch Undercounter Dishwasher is the latest addition to Electrolux Professional’s energy and water saving warewashing portfolio. NeoBlue Touch Undercounter Dishwasher offers a reliable dishwashing solution tailored around smart savings and accessibility, making it ideal for businesses such as cafes, bakeries and bars.
The manufacturer’s efforts in maximizing the product’s lifecycle have played a significant role in achieving the Platinum rating. In the event of an alert on the operators’ phone, they can access a dedicated diagnostic support and troubleshooting procedure via the OnE Connected App, before contacting a technician. Electrolux Professional has also guaranteed the availability of spare parts for at least 10 years.
The dishwasher is equipped with MyEco Cycle, a smart cycle developed to produce significant energy and water savings. This uses just 260W of energy and 2.1L of water, allowing a business to reduce energy consumption by up to 40%, compared to Electrolux Professional previous undercounter range with 3L of water used.
With 360° spray coverage, meaning that all corners of a rack are reached, and an integrated washing arm to ensure that each item is thoroughly cleaned during every cycle, NeoBlue Touch Undercounter Dishwasher models are engineered to deliver high level performance. The appliance is also accessible for all users and can be operated through a single button.
Electrolux Professional is the first company in the industry to undertake the Repairability Rating Program accreditation process, underlining its commitment to driving sustainable practices through its commercial equipment.
Moreover, NeoBlue Touch Undercounter is Electrolux Professional’s first dishwasher to be awarded the 4-star rating from Ergocert, meaning it has been tested to minimize tension and strain on users, all while providing a simple operation through an accessible, single-button interface.
